Early cancellations

All actions of the posting companies, including posting, canceling, moving, are limited in time by the settings of the posting phase. Now there is the option of early cancellation – before the start of the booking phase. The location operator can allow such cancellations for his entire CargoMarket by setting a check mark for each carrier role. The other actions remain limited in time during the booking phase. This new function helps if the bookings planned by the CargoMarket operator are cancelled early by the forwarding agents. 

The function per CargoMarket is configured by the CargoMarket Admin under My Cargoclix > Timeslots > Ramps >[Select CargoMarket]. General > Check the option “The cancellation is possible before the start of the booking period” for the desired carrier roles.
