Attachments can be added to orders
For customers who transfer orders to Cargoclix via an interface, it is now possible to add attachments for an order. After activating this function, documents belonging to an order can already be uploaded or viewed at order level (before a timeslot is booked) by the booking companies or by the site operators. In the “Orders” tab, all existing attachments are listed by expanding the order details. They can then be downloaded locally. Here you will also find the option to search for a file on the PC and load it into the system using the “Upload” button. If the order details are collapsed, you can see the number of attachments per order in the additional column “Number of attachments”.
The function can be activated or configured by Cargoclix after consultation.
