Konvekta chooses SLOT
The cloud-based time slot management system SLOT from Cargoclix is now also in use at Konvekta in Schwalmstadt, where it supports the congestion-free handling of 15 to 30 trucks per day in goods receipt and dispatch. Each time slot used incurs a booking fee of 50 cents, which the company bears itself and does not charge to its logistics service providers. The booking period for time slots begins 14 days before the desired date. Short-term bookings are also possible up to one hour before the desired delivery time.
Konvekta develops and manufactures air conditioning systems for buses, construction and agricultural machinery, electric vehicles and rail vehicles, as well as refrigeration systems for temperature-controlled goods transport. The company was founded more than 30 years ago and employs over 350 people.
