SLOT for Klaus Faber

Klaus Faber AG, a specialist wholesaler for cable lines, will in the future be working with the cloud-based time slot management system SLOT from Cargoclix at its sites in Fichtenau and Hedemünden. This is used for the congestion-free dispatch of 30 trucks per day in the goods receiving area. Logistics service providers will be charged 50 cents per booked time slot. They can book time slots as early as 45 days before the desired date. Spontaneous is also possible: the booking deadline is 3 p.m. the day before.

According to its own information, Klaus Faber AG is one of the largest cable distributors in Europe. As a full-range distributor, the company stocks classic electrical wires and cables in various cross-sections. These include power cables, medium-voltage cables and conductors, halogen-free safety cables and conductors, installation cables, telecommunications cables and conductors, control cables, data and electronic cables, fiber optic cables, bus cables and trailing cables. Klaus Faber operates five locations in Germany.
